1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must be in its original condition

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

  • The video must show the sealed package with labels intact
  • This video is required in case of damaged, defective, or missing items
  • Without video proof, we may not be able to process such claims

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange is subject to stock availability. Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable — all orders are prepaid only. If you have any refund-related queries, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Depending on your location:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged OR
  • You may be required to self-ship the product at your own cost
