Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

3. Delivery Timeline

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India
No minimum order value required

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may include a ₹50 handling fee
We recommend prepaid orders for a faster and smoother experience

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided at the time of placing the order.

9. Failed Delivery & Re-shipping

If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us (RTO), re-shipping charges will be applicable and must be borne by the customer. Our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
